Comp Team Manager Hub

Whether you are new to being a team manager or you are a seasoned volunteer, here are some details about what the role requires and resources just for you.

Team Managers play a vital role in keeping youth soccer running smoothly. They act as the bridge between the club, coaches, parents, and players, making sure everyone has the information, support, and organization they need throughout the season.

By handling communication, schedules, logistics, and basic administrative tasks, Team Managers free coaches to focus fully on player development and the game itself.

Coaches usually have their own individual way of running their team, and tasks may vary from team to team and coach to coach. We outline the general tasks team managers will be asked to oversee.
