Scott Bloomfield has been coaching for twelve years and, for a time, was coaching 4 teams. One of those teams that he coached he did as a service to all the players on the team when they lost their coach in a tragic accident. His love for this community and his passion for soccer have blessed many lives.
He is currently coaching a 2012 boys team that took first place in the fall in Metro A with the most goals and most shut-outs. He is also an assistant coach and a great influence on John Wunderli’s 2008 boys team, which won the championship match at State Cup in the fall and will represent CMS at regionals this summer.
The players and parents on Scott’s teams love that he teaches composure and is an example of that to the boys with his calm and positive demeanor. He stresses personal accountability, and players love going to team training.
Congratulations to Scott! We appreciate you and your dedication to the sport and to the youth in our community.
