PARTNERSHIP WITH

TOPSoccer

Copper Mountain Soccer® in association with TOPSoccer, is pleased to offer special needs divisions for elementary and middle/high school age children.

TOPSoccer began in 1991, designed and administered by US Youth Soccer, the nation’s largest youth sports organization. The program is designed to bring the opportunity of learning and playing soccer to any boy or girl, ages 4-99, who has a mental or physical disability, to provide meaningful learning, development, and physical participation opportunities to these young athletes through the game of soccer. There are thousands of children with different abilities who need, and can be provided the opportunity to play soccer through TOPSoccer.

The program enables girls and boys with mental and physical disabilities to learn and play soccer in a fun, safe environment with other children of similar capabilities.

We are also looking for parents willing to be trained as TOPSoccer coaches for our teams. CMS will arrange for the appropriate training.  We can only have as many teams as we have coaches. We are also looking for assistant coaches and team parents. Parents, please let us know if you are willing to help in any of these capacities.

Teams will be divided by age groups and ability. Games will be held on Wednesdays. A parent or responsible older sibling must attend all games with the registered player. A coach will contact you by mid-August.

Everyone can play!
