Comp goalkeeper training will resume on March 9th, weather permitting.
Goalkeeper training is essential for building confident players who can handle one of the toughest positions on the field. Keepers learn far more than how to stop shots – they gain quick decision-making skills, strong communication habits, solid footwork, and overall game awareness. With focused training, young athletes build resilience and leadership, helping them grow both individually and as part of a team.
Copper Mountain Soccer® is committed to developing players at every level, which is why we offer separate goalkeeper trainings for recreational and competitive athletes. Our rec keepers receive age-appropriate fundamentals and confidence-building instruction, while our competitive keepers get advanced, position-specific development led by experienced coaches. By tailoring training to each level, CMSC ensures every goalkeeper has the support, guidance, and challenge they need to thrive in their position and enjoy the game.
